Spicy Udon Noodles with Broccoli and Daikon

This dish is a one-pot, super-quick, main course.
Ingredients
- 1 8oz package of udon noodles
- 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 daikon radish, cut into matchsticks
- 1/3 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- red pepper flakes
- sriracha sauce to taste
- salt

Cook the Vegetables
In a large heavy pot, bring water to a rolling boil. Add salt, and vegetables. Cook for 3 minutes and remove with a slotted spoon onto a plate.

Cook the Noodles
Cook the noodles until tender. Test the noodles- the instructions on the package are not always accurate.
Drain and rinse with hot water. Return the the empty pot.

Combine and Serve
Add the vegetables, the hoisin and soy sauces, red pepper flakes, and sriracha sauce. Mix until thoroughly combined. Ad more sriracha sauce or salt to your taste, and serve piping hot!
