  • The restaurant is great! all the food is prepared by the students in an Open-Air kitchen where you can watch.
    The menu is all prix fixe prices:
    $12 for lunch
    $18 for Dinner
    it is well worth it! you get a selection of starters, salads, main entrees, and desserts!
    The Cuisine is always changing.

    "Oregon Culinary Institute invites you to experience fine-dining in our open to the public restaurant. Our culinary students, lead by experienced chef instructors, artfully prepare four-course meals using seasonal and sustainable produce, meats and cheeses -- partnering with many local farms and dairies to provide as many Northwest products as possible, and our baking and pastry students create wonderful breads and decadent desserts.

    Lunch and dinner are served most Mondays through Fridays 12:00 noon and 7:00 PM respectively. The menus change occasionally so that we can always offer the freshest, local ingredients. Reservations are suggested as we sometimes close for student training. Please visit us soon!" (from website)
