If there is an "It" chef in New York, it's David Chang. This is the most formal, expensive, and perhaps even most lauded of Chang's restaurants. Ko offers a daily tasting menu for dinner seven nights a week and a separate, longer tasting menu for lunch on fridays, saturdays and sundays.
